Rooms are HUGE with super comfortable beds! ! Breakfast had plentiful options and the underground parking was a nice touch.

The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to explore key attractions on foot and offering spacious rooms with decent amenities. The breakfast spread was commendable, featuring a wide variety of options to start your day right.

Parking was overpriced at 27€/day, far more than nearby options, and noise from both the air-conditioning and refrigerating unit disrupted the otherwise pleasant environment. our room wasn't allocated correctly.

I loved how I could easily walk to the stunning Saint Bavo's Cathedral and the picturesque Korenmarkt, while enjoying a substantial and tasty breakfast offered by the hotel.

the room was pretty large, but loose towel bars and a sink stopper that needed adjustment is not what I expected for the price! also, the wifi was a disaster, completely inconsistent, making my work a nightmare. I was hoping for a complimentary drink upon arrival, but I guess that would be too much to ask.

The sushi at Mammenlore was an absolute delight, and I stumbled upon Dreamcatchers Cat Cafe just around the corner! The spacious room was such a treat with comfortable bedding and a lovely city view.

Truth be told, my pricey suite felt a bit neglected, with dusty surfaces and murky water for the first 15 minutes. A solid cleaning regime is overdue here to match the potential of this stunning hotel.
